Messoirano is an ideal environment for ripening Dolcetto and Barbera; the airy microclimate limits vine diseases, thus reducing the need for anti-fungal treatments.

Many harvests ago, Nebbiolo was once vinified as a monovarietal, and recent tastings of it made us proud. Today it is fully-engaged in our classic Barbaresco, bringing elegance and structure to it.

Based on data obtained from the clonal selection in the adjacent Montebertotto vineyard, we have also planted Arneis vines.

Exposure is from east to south with steep slopes. The soil is calcareous marl form the Santa Agata formation.
