The minimal intervention on the inter-rows allows us to maintain the spontaneous flora, preserving the essential biodiversity for the natural balance of the vineyard.
Grape cleaning is carried out using all techniques that help minimize the use of pesticides: mechanical control of the under-row, mating disruption for insects, and a weather station to monitor risks.
For years we've been cultivating our vineyards in adherence to the standards of SQNPI integrated production and the principles of regenerative viticulture.
The EQUALITAS certification we received demonstrates our commitment to social, environmental, and economic sustainability in every phase of our work.

REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE

Our company has started to produce its own compost to valorize what were once considered by-products of cultivation and winemaking.
We combine it with cattle manure and biomass digestate for a slow transformation into precious humus, destined to naturally enrich the vineyards and hazelnut groves.
MICROBIAL FERTILIZATION
We started a new project for the self-production of a mix of yeasts, bacteria, nematodes, and mycorrhizae that settle on the roots of the plants.
These can make the substances that are naturally present in the soil more accessible to the roots in a sustainable way, eliminating the need for chemical fertilizers.
