OUR CELLARS

The Castello di Neive estate has two cellars:
the historic cellar in the Castello, perfect for the élevage in wood of our most important wines and the new modern cellar, to better manage procedures that require technology and precision.

The Castello cellars

The cellars of the Castello di Neive were built in the 18th century and were intended for winemaking; the ceilings were high enough to permit large casks to be installed.

The new cellar

The new cellar is the perfect complement to the Castello’s historic cellar, especially for procedures that require technical know-how, speed of execution and efficient logistics.
