THE “CASETTA AT THE CASTELLO”
The “Casetta at the Castello” is the ideal place to get to know the Castello di Neive, its vineyards, its wines, the people who produce it and their philosophy.
You can begin with a visit to the historic cellars, which have been recently renovated. They are steeped in tales to recount.
You can still see the carriage of Count Riccardi-Candiani, the weights and wine press used by Louis Oudart and Camillo di Castelborgo, the great casks in which our wines mature, the infernotti and the ice cellar where our oldest bottles repose, as well as visiting the underground sparkling wine cellar.
Next you can proceed with a technical tasting of the wines, accompanied by a description of the vineyards and our production techniques.
Our qualified sommeliers will be delighted to accompany you on your tour of discovery of the Castello di Neive.
You will also have the opportunity to purchase the wines, toasted hazelnuts and hazelnut-based products you liked the best, to taste in comfort at home.
